ReadyRoom takes the opposite position. Your brigade's data belongs to your brigade. Export all of it whenever you like — spreadsheets for people, JSON for machines, and every document and photo alongside them, bundled into one archive you can keep, audit, or take somewhere else. Deleted records come too, with the date they went, so the history is genuinely complete.
