Billing Questions
- What happens during the trial?
- You get the full platform for 30 days without entering card details. Set up your members, appliances, and equipment, and decide afterwards — nothing you enter during the trial is lost when you subscribe.
- Do prices include GST?
- All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. Tax invoices are issued for every payment.
- What if we outgrow our plan?
- Change plans at any time from your subscription settings. Limits are advisory: going over shows as a prompt to upgrade.
- Can we cancel?
- Yes. Manage or cancel your subscription yourself at any time — and export your data before you go.
